The announcement was made at NUCA’s national conference held Mar1-4 in Las Vegas just before the CON-EXPO show.NUCA is a national organization that works diligently to provide a voice for the many underground utility contractors (large and small) in areas ranging from safety, best practices, continuing education, and representation at the local, state, and federal levels. Michael Byrne Manufacturing has served the utility contractor since its inception in 1966 with Auger Boring Machines and accessories. Mr. Weist is an original member of the Regional Manufacturing Coalition (RMC), NFIB, Richland County Chamber of Commerce, NUCA of Ohio, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Ontario Youth Sports Board, St. Peter’s Football founder/director.Kent State University BS Business Administration, Varsity Football 1980-84 letter winner.
