Currently responsible for Conduent\'s Government Sector Client Implementations. Prior, Jim was General Manager of Trellint, Jim is accountable for the overall business, including: strategic direction, financial health, sales growth, product development, and technology delivery. Prior, Jim was Chief Operations Officer of Conduent’s Transportation Solutions, responsible for leading the transformation of a global team of thousands of employees responsible for delivery and operation of the Transit, Tolling, Public Safety, and Curbside solutions across hundreds of valued worldwide government Clients. Previously, Jim served as a Vice President responsible for Conduent\'s Transportation Operational Excellence team (PMO, Client Implementations, Process Improvement, Operational Reporting, & Risk).Previously, Jim served as Managing Director, Business Unit Risk & Control Officer, at MUFG Union Bank. As a first line risk executive.Prior to MUFG, Jim was the business leader of Altisource\'s Field Services business focusing on customer experience / client relationship management and overall performance of the business. In FY\'19 he tripled growth of diversified revenue and client base and began process of re-platforming core operating system. Prior, Jim lead Altisource\'s Vendor Management & Procurement, which included the sourcing & oversight of a network of vendors supporting our Business Units. In 2016, Jim launched Altisource’s Vendorly offering, an innovative vendor oversight solution. Prior to Altisource, Jim was the Senior Director leading Ally Bank’s Strategy, Regulatory Relations, & Board of Directors Administrative functions. This role included responsibility for establishing a program to address outstanding Regulatory safety and soundness related issue, enforcement actions, and examination management. Jim was given expanded responsibility to lead the Strategy function which was responsible for evaluation of the external competitive environment and production of the Bank’s three-year Strategic Plan. Jim’s role was expanded to include governance responsibility for all Ally Bank Board of Directors meetings and administration.Prior to Ally Financial Jim was a Senior Vice President at Bank of America supporting process redesign, and was certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Jim began his career in consulting at Accenture prior to receiving a MBA from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management. Jim obtained a BS in Management from Purdue University.
