Responsibilities include: • Communicating with the management team to help fine tune job descriptions • Sourcing candidates, both active as well as passive, to hold positions based in the US • Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with all of the management teams and staff to develop interventions, solutions, programs and policies • Understand client group business fully in order to align recruiting strategy to business objectives • Participate in key meetings with office and regional management bringing recruiting expertise to business/operational discussions • Discern business needs and proactively line up talent resources to meet needs • Represents client needs/interests in all recruiting initiatives and program design • Communicate needs proactively with management teams to develop integrated recruiting solutions
