ELS works directly with medium/large scale business owners and commercial/industrial facilities managers and engineers to assist in reducing their annual energy costs related to their existing facility lighting systems. After a thorough lighting audit, we\'re able to make recommendations relating to retrofit and/or replacement of existing lighting fixtures. We evaluate available utility rebates in the clients area and include those savings in our proposal. The end-goal in mind is to improve overall lighting quality while maximizing wattage reduction at the light. In business since 2001, Essential Lighting Solutions is an Energy Services Company (ESCO) that works only on energy improvement projects associated with existing lighting systems. Having completed projects in over 30 states, we\'re an unlimited electrical/mechanical contractor with multiple Fortune 200 clients.
