Following a change of leadership at ASCO I decided to accept a staff position with the Group to deliver the next phases of the IT & S plans.Plan has had three main elements:Common ERP platform - deployed Dynamics AX across all locations to provide a common backbone for the business units.ilMS - Integrated Logistics Management System - based on an industry standard logistics platform, we have developed a suite of applications that cover all the main service lines that ASCO perform for our customers. This product suite is fully integrated with Dynamics AX.Cloud First - we have successfully moved the vast majority of ASCO IT & S services onto third party cloud services. This has dramatically reduced our operating costs while improving service and reliability.These three elements have taken ASCO forward and now enable the business to operate more efficiently with detailed business reporting and metrics to help continue the business improvement drivers across the business.
