I have been in the risk management field since 1990, working for local government, a national multi-line insurance carrier, and a national third party claims administrator. I am passionate about educating people involved in public entity risk management and have been active as a volunteer with the Public Agency Risk Managers Association (PARMA) since 2001 and the Orange County chapter of Risk Management Society (RIMS). I have also been a public speaker on risk management and insurance matters to PARMA,(RIMS) and the California Association of Public Procurement Officials (CAPPO).

Consult with California Contract Cities Association Liability Trust Fund on insurance, claims, and risk management.
