30 years of experience in onshore and offshore Oil and Gas ITS engineering, design, implementation, readiness, and operations. I have led many high performance multi-cultural project teams that were globally distributed and lived Internationally (China) as well as many cities in the United States.My career mission is to use my natural abilities to create value and impact. I have been blessed to have had great opportunities that have increased my experiences, technical competence, leadership abilities, and ultimately provided a deeper understanding of large complex global business. One of my key strengths is natural leadership that inspires, empowers and motivates the people I directly lead and indirectly influence. My belief is that amazing leadership is a lifelong pursuit and is improved by putting in the time, ensuring the people you lead reach success, and learning from failures while standing true to your core beliefs and visions.
