Jim Stiener Co-owner, Mirror 34 Productions, LLC With almost 30 years into the business of video and motion production, Jim has seen several sea changes of technology and trends wash through the industry. But for him, there has always remained one constant: Listening. From his first position in 1989 as a Junior Account Executive responsible for management and acquisition of new accounts, to Director of Sales and Marketing, to becoming an award-winning Executive Producer with two Emmy nominations under his belt, Jim has honed the art of listening. Understanding not only the tasks at hand, but the purpose of the project and the voice of the client have been the keys to not only his success, but that of the clients’. And it’s that connection through listening that has laid the foundation for Jim and his team to build Mirror 34 Productions into a leading production company. Whether his past life as student at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse or his current iteration as the co-owner of Mirror 34, Jim loves listening to a story. And, telling a few himself. With a touch of humor mixed in for good measure.
