With over two decades in the moving industry, I have witnessed and played a role in its transformation. From my early days on the trucks in college to leading innovative companies in the sector, my passion for elevating the moving experience has remained unwavering. Today, as a pivotal figure at M3 Commercial Moving & Logistics and Muscular Moving Men & Storage, I\'m honored to champion a culture that\'s distinctively vibrant and driven by a mission to reshape the moving landscape.I embarked on my professional journey with an academic foundation from Lehigh University and an athletic background in Minor League Professional Soccer. My transition into the moving industry was further enriched at JK Moving Services, where I was mentored by industry stalwarts Rocco Balsamo and Vince Burruano. Our team\'s collaboration led JK’s Business Unit to evolve from a modest player in the DC market in 2008 to the largest Commercial Moving Company in Washington, DC by 2017.Under my leadership after transitioning to Phoenix to launch M3, our dedicated team transformed the venture into a multi-million-dollar business in under two years and doubled our enterprise revenues in the subsequent two years. My contributions to the industry have been recognized with awards like the Commercial Relocation Network Conference Award (2016), Phoenix Business Journal\'s 40 under 40 (2021), Junto AZ’s Man of the Year (2021/2022), Titan 10•••25), and OMA Partner of the Year (2025). I\'ve also had the privilege of presenting at various conferences, including the Office Moving Alliance\'s Annual and European Conferences and Junto AZ’s prestigious Summit.Within OMA, I am actively involved in the OPA leadership committee, the Rat Pack, and as a presenter at conferences. I’m deeply embedded in my community as a member of Junto Arizona and as the driving force behind the M3 Cares initiative, emphasizing impactful community projects.Leadership peers and collaborators often remark about my unwavering dedication, innovation, and goal-oriented approach.
