Includes collaborating with Franchise and Asset Marketing teams in selecting assets for marketing initiatives, analyzing loan portfolios, stratifying asset pools and crafting business terms in marketing and sale of loan portfolios from failed financial institutions.• Manages due diligence and bidder qualification in support of FDIC Structured Transactions, Headquarters-based cash loan sales, and Securitization programs. Serves as FDIC Point of Contact for investment groups interested in partnering with FDIC in these ventures. Portfolios of assets divested in these transactions range from single-receivership pools of under $100 million to large, diverse pools from multiple receiverships with book values of well over $1 billion.• Coordinates the marketing of FDIC’s Small Investor Program, designed to promote participation in FDIC national sales initiatives. Duties in this program include presenting at outreach events, conducting informational conference calls for equity investors, and formulating business terms and outreach strategies which appeal to small businesses. Tracks and evaluates the effectiveness of these programs on participation by small and Minority and Women Owned businesses.
