As the Global Senior Vice President for Sales & Commercial under the Oilfield Services & Equipment (OFSE) Business Segment at Baker Hughes, an energy technology company, I lead customer experience strategies, and solutions while paving a clear path for sustainable energy development.I have been with Baker Hughes for more than 25 years and have led global teams throughout multiple countries and continents including the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa. I am a mechanical engineer by trade, but my passion is with our customers and taking energy forward with a clear strategy, innovative partnerships, and by expanding our uniquely diversified portfolio. Previously, I held leadership and management positions in Operations, Technology, Global Sales, Product Management, Integration and Supply Chain in North America, Russia, and Southeast Asia. Prior to my most recent transition to lead the global sales & commercial teams, I was the Senior Vice President for the Completions, Intervention and Measurements product segment within OFSE. Within Baker Hughes, I really enjoy participating in several employee resource groups, volunteering and promoting DEI initiatives. While I find value using LinkedIn to support my customers and staying connected to colleagues globally - I really enjoy learning about our industry and finding new ways on collectively driving cleaner energy for the future.
