Conducted primary research on a range of experiences and technologies, including VR, cameras, gaming, responsiveness, touch screens, wireless displays, etc. with the goal of quantifying user sensitivity to a variable or experience. These studies were used to develop market messaging, set product requirement, develop new assessment methodologies, inform internal business decisions, and engage with external partners/customers to drive ecosystem alignment. Research responsibilities were end-to-end, from design to execution, analysis, report out, and stakeholder management.• Designed and executed 50+ unique research studies end-to-end. o Earned several awards for developing innovative assessment methodologies that are still used for touch screens, stylus, VR, image quality, video smoothness, etc.• Generated 400+ statistical models used to set product requirements for 3+generations of Intel products generating 30-45 billion dollars in revenue annually. • Developed assessment methodology and metrics for Intel Evo program that sells ~20million laptops annually generating ~35 billion dollars in sales. o Earned Intel Achievement Award, Intel\'s highest honor, for this work.• Analyzed employee productivity impact based on software updates, showing the update could reduce productivity by up to 17%. Resulting the cancelation of the multimillion-dollar purchase.• Used primary/secondary data to deliver several legally defendable marketing claims.• Elevated a small metrics program contributing to 1 to business unit to 4 business units, expanding visibility, impact, and the sphere of influence.
