Over the last 20+ years, I have built a career grounded in one core strength: problem-solving that delivers long-term results. Whether I am leading 900+ individuals through operational change or resolving default portfolios of more than $750B, my focus has always been to create clarity in complexity, and to do it with calmness, empathy, and strategy.I am a mortgage servicing leader with deep expertise across the entire default lifecycle, including loan servicing, loss mitigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, claims, REO, and borrower communications. I have served in several executive leadership roles with some of the industry’s most prominent institutions, where I have developed servicing infrastructures from the ground up, led compliance and industry responses during seismic events (2008 financial crisis and COVID), and turned around multimillion-dollar risk exposures.My experience includes oversight of both insourced and outsourced models, performance remediation, and regulatory readiness aligned with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, USDA, and Ginnie Mae guidelines.What sets me apart is my ability to balance execution with insight. I am analytical by nature, drawn to uncovering root causes and designing solutions that not only resolve the issue at hand, but also prevent it from happening again. I have introduced predictive risk models to prioritize borrower outreach, built national compliance platforms, led successful default transitions, and turned $20M in potential losses into just $3M.At every step, I have made it a priority to develop the people behind the process, including mentoring managers, supporting VPs, and helping my teams understand the bigger picture.In an industry where change is constant and regulation is complex, I stay grounded in what matters: solving problems, supporting people, and driving sustainable outcomes. I am especially proud of the relationships I have developed over the years. Many of my team members have followed me across companies. I have served on advisory councils and national panels to share what works and why.Now, I am seeking a stable opportunity where I can once again bring order to complexity, whether in servicing, compliance, or oversight.
