Summary: Responsible for leading and supervising a team of VMAX corporate system engineers (CSE) as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions and content for go-to market, pre-sales, and other customer interactions particularly around legacy VMAX and VMAX All Flash storage technology. Team is regularly involved in customer demonstrations, briefings, and other pre-sales activities for revenue opportunities totaling over $100 million per quarter. Team also performs regular \"Train the Trainer\" seminars for internal sales and field personnel around new releases and product features.Primary Responsibilities:*Supervise and lead CSE \"Core Team\" members with customer interactions and customer facing events such as EMC World; pre-sales activities such as on site customer visits and executive briefings; assist with customer issue escalations; and technical content and solution creation for VMAX storage technology * Primary CSE technologist / evangelist for iSCSI on VMAX All Flash and VMAX3* Hire, train, and mentor CSE team members and supporting staff* Assist with annual budgetary planning for group equipment and travel requirements* Develop training plans and quarterly goals for team members
