As branch manager at Norcom Mortgage I pride myself in offering all mortgage programs. We offer CHFA first time buyer programs, USDA, FHA, VA, conventional, Fixed, Arm, Fannie Mae Home path, HARP refinance. Couple this with my 11 years experience as a mortgage lender and Finance background I feel the customer will not find a better mortgage company to work with. Norcom is also a direct Fannie and Freddie lender. What does that mean to buyers and realtor partners? Simple, we have no extra guidelines or hurdles to jump through. Simply a better process which enables us to approve and close more mortgages than our competition. I look forward to working with home buyers and those looking to refinance.
