As a Senior Customer Solutions Architect, I partner with AWS-focused Caylent account executives, in both the enterprise and mid-market verticals, to extract C-level aligned business initiatives, as well as gathering technical project requirements to achieve the client\'s expected outcomes. I leverage the robust services portfolio offered by Caylent to customize the optimal delivery method of either Caylent Pods or Professional services based on the specific criteria of a given engagement. I bring thought-leadership and client-focused guidance to every discussion making me one of the most passionate and tech-savvy contributors within the organization. My experience working directly within the Professional Services organization allows me to leverage application design and development on top of my abilities within the solutions architect skill set. While adept with most of the principal hyperscaler platforms, my preference is working with customers on AWS adoption.
