ABOUT JIM RODRIGUES
Jim Rodrigues is the President of Lee & Associates Nashville. He is responsible for the operationsof the Nashville office and leads the industrial practice group. Previously at JLL, Jim was a member of the Supply Chain & Logistics Solutions team and lead the Industrial Services Division for Middle and East Tennessee representing clients in both lease and sale transactions. He specializes in site selection, supply chain and logistics, tenant and landlord representation, acquisitions, and dispositions.Prior to entering brokerage in 2016, he spent 12 years with Prologis, working in marketsincluding Houston, Las Vegas, Seattle, Portland, and Reno. In Las Vegas (Portland and Reno), Mr.Rodrigues managed all aspects of the business, including asset management, development,acquisitions and leasing. In total, more than 16 million square feet of industrial real estate wasmanaged and successfully completed more than 500 lease transactions.
