About Jim Robertson
Jim grew up in Upper Darby Township in Delaware County and attended Monsignor Bonner High School. He went on to graduate with a bachelors degree in political science from Saint Joseph\'s University in 2007. Jim\'s first real estate transaction was through a purchase he made at Delaware county sheriff sale shortly after graduating college. Since that first investment, Jim has grown his real estate portfolio to over 100 properties while actively servicing his clients buying and selling real estate. Jim\'s experience in real estate investment has been invaluable to the growth of his career as a Realtor. He has helped many investors find income producing properties, and also specializes in marketing new construction homes for sale for investors as well. Jim has directly invested in, managed, and marketed over 60 million dollars in new construction development sales since 2014Jim\'s main focus and passion is serving his client\'s needs buying and selling homes. Purchasing a home is the largest financial transaction most people will ever make, and Jim gives every client his personal attention throughout the process. At OCF Realty, Jim works with a team that makes the transaction seamless for his clients. Jim currently lives in center city, and in his limited free time he enjoys going to the gym, playing golf, traveling, and going to Philadelphia\'s pro sporting events.
