Jim started his career in Real Estate at Look Ltd Real Estate in 1975 after moving to the Denver area from the Chicago area. From 19••••87 he changed careers to be partners with Ken Hruska in a restaurant and drinking establishment located in Golden Colorado known as the Golden Eagle Saloon. He joined ReMax Professionals in 1990. The Riss Team grew in 2015 when his brother, Dan, joined the Team. Shannon Veigel has also joined the team as an administrative assistant. Jim is married, lives in Littleton, has two children, two step children and 4 grandchildren. The Riss Team has consistently been one of the top selling teams at the Bowles office of Remax Professionals. They have helped hundreds of people buy and sell their homes. The Riss Team\'s clients start out as customers and end up as friends.
