The project was completed on time in 9 months. This integration of the 2 locations produced an ongoing annual savings of Implemented and developed a plan for a startup commingle mail operation. The plan included financial forecasts, capital equipment expenditures, crewing, workflow and equipment layout. Within the first 90 days of the implementation of the operation it was generating an EBITDA of a month.
