Vroon VDB LLC (VVDB) is an enhanced wraparound training, coaching, and consulting company dedicated to supporting improved access to high fidelity motivational interviewing informed wraparound (Miiwrap) for individuals and families across North America. VVDB supports the development, quality improvement, and continual innovation of the wraparound process. VVDB has pioneered the individualization of the wraparound process across the country, helping programs meet the needs of their specialized populations. Dr. Rast has worked with programs in twenty two states and thirteen tribal governments to design and develop systems of care and implement wraparound. Work has focused on service design, program evaluation, personnel recruitment and management, staff training, and improved funding for programs.
