About Jim Rapp

After 17 successful and exciting years as an Imaging and Interventional sales rep at GE HealthCare, I made the jump to leadership in 2014. Little did I know it would be one of the most rewarding decisions of my career. I found myself highly motivated to impact others\' lives and became known as a servant leader who is positive, passionate, empowering, and quick to jump into the chaos and get my hands dirty. But most importantly I loved helping make my teams better, developing their professional skill sets, and helping them earn their next role. From there I accepted increasing responsibilities and many stretch roles involving org design, roles/responsibilities definition, compensation plans, process improvements, and driving product roadmaps. I\'m never afraid of the risks associated with being transformative and disruptive.
