About Jim Ramsey
For over three decades, I’ve immersed myself in technology, focused on software, hardware, networks, etc. As the industry has evolved, I’ve embraced the opportunity to learn what’s new, whether it’s Cloud based systems, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Exchange or SuiteCommerce. I’ve been at the helm of transitioning to what’s new and how to master it. On behalf of clients worldwide, I’ve evaluated new technology and implemented it, understanding that support and training are key for the new software to have the desired impact. To be effective, I’ve listened to clients to understand their concerns and addressed their trepidation as investments in new technology has been determined. At the same time, I’ve collaborated with subordinates, including internal support professionals and external consultants, so that, together, our work is as seamless as possible. In addition to being self-employed, I’ve worked with nonprofits and for-profit organizations. The goal has always been the same: determine how best to implement cutting edge technology to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
