I help commercial building owners, contractors, and facility teams solve their toughest HVAC and building performance challenges while building the sales organizations that make it happen at scale.Over 14 years at Trane Technologies, I’ve led progressive P&L roles across equipment sales, service, controls, digital solutions, contracting/turnkey, and rental. My path has taken me from Regional Digital Services Leader to National Rental Sales Leader to Service Sales & Rental Leader, and now General Sales Manager for the West Florida market.I’ve built and rebuilt sales teams, launched new business lines, led franchise-to-company-owned territory transitions, and consistently grown revenue across every business I’ve led. Before Trane, I built my foundation in the power and rental equipment space at Aggreko and Active Power, managing major accounts across the Midwest.My leadership style is hands-on, accountable, and competitive, with a strong bias toward execution and team success. I enjoy solving complex problems, developing people, and creating the conditions for customers and teammates to win.
