ABOUT JIM PEARCE

As an accomplished IT Director and Head of Technology I have led multiple teams across global locations within fast growing organisations. I have built high performing teams, adapted operating models, and driven quality and efficiency in service levels as well as overseen successful transformation and change programmes. I am committed to delivering a range of projects and programmes including the transition from on-premises to cloud/hybrid solutions as well as overseeing design architecture and technology governance across the organisation. I have held various roles throughout my career where I have led project development and delivery, adapted the technology strategy to suit business architecture, and improved the operational performance of Managed Service Providers (MSPs). I have created and delivered annual operating plans as well as monitored transformation and change programmes including governance, technology management, and reporting. I have operated successfully within consumer products while also managing key relationships as a leader with C-level executives and teams across multiple departments. I have also led the solutions architecture requirements covering services, applications, information, infrastructure, and data. Throughout my career, I have led the architecture and technology strategy different countries and organisations. I have led the development and implementation of technology strategies in line with the agreed strategic priorities of Senior Management. I experience delivering digital programmes, overhauling ways of working, deploying the effective use of O365, and embedding best practice. I have implemented overall governance of the programme including utilising employee engagement, communications, and change management to embed new ways of working. I have worked with C-Suite personnel and been part of Senior Management teams internationally including managing onshore and offshore teams. I enjoy a challenge and believe I would be a valuable addition to any organisation.
