Sourcing Manager • Provide procurement support to Kaiser Permanente, one of the largest health care companies in the US ($85B revenue) in multiple categories including Medical ($65M), Information Technology ($50M), Nutrition ($5M), Pharmaceutical ($10M) and National Facility services ($10M). • Developed an RFP and led a cross-functional team through the strategic sourcing process to establish an agreement for endoscope equipment repairs, which generated $2.5M in savings • Re-negotiated an agreement for Nitric Oxide gas which generated $4.2M in savings. • Exceeded cost measurement goals by 400% in the second year and have outperformed all thirteen years. • Responsible for managing $140 million in spend across several product categories.
