About Jim Oleary
I have been actively involved in commercial real estate valuations for over 15 years. Throughout this time I have specialized in industrial and multifamily asset valuations throughout the Midwest. In my new role I will lead the Midwest Industrial Valuation group assisting institutional owners and lenders in their valuation needs including portfolio valuations, lending, financial reporting purposes and dispositions. I am excited to grow and lead an already strong valuation group through relationship building, mentorship and utilizing our technological advantages at JLL.
