Having started with MCA Systems Ltd many moons ago as a very young fresh-faced;) electrical apprentice, I gained my qualifications to City & Guilds Level. Promotion followed to a permanent full-time control panel electrician where I gained valuable experience in the craft of manufacturing electrical control panels for the HVAC industry, which then led to my current role within the company as workshop manager. To manage and lead a team of skilled people in allocating workload and managing the day-to-day operations in the workshop, to coordinate resources and liaise with internal and external key contacts to ensure work is delivered on time and to a high-quality standard.
