As Area Manager, I am driven by the success of BBSI’s Clients. As a previous small business owner, I enjoy partnering with small business owners to solve some of their greatest challenges. I am responsible for leading a $95 Million Dollar Branch that provides Business Management and Human Resource Solutions for small to medium sized business, relying on building/maintain a trusted-advisor relationship with customers and area branch teams. I lead and have developed a team of exceptional, highly motivated client focused professionals. I have improved operational processes within the office by redirecting staff responsibilities and workflow which has allowed the branch to scale. I have improved the client experience by focusing on solutions that provide the most value to them and allow their business to become an asset. I am also responsible for Business Development, Referral Partner Relationships, Marketing at the Branch Level and being accountable to the Profit and Loss Statement for the Branch. Currently manage the Salem, Albany, Eugene and Roseburg BBSI Offices
