I’m a Salesforce consulting and delivery leader with 10+ years of experience helping organizations design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that actually get used.I specialize in end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Service Cloud Voice, Sales Cloud and Agentforce —partnering with business and executive stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, well-governed solutions. My work spans discovery and process design through configuration, automation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.I bring a hands-on understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules), UAT and data validation, reporting and dashboards, and Agile delivery.
