Jim has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry providing direct owner participation on major projects from interior to base building scopes. As one of the owners, he oversees executive, financial, and support operations company-wide. He also plays a key role in the definition of HITT’s corporate culture and future business direction. Beginning his career with HITT Contracting as a laborer in 1981, Jim rapidly rose through the ranks of assistant project manager and project manager to a position of leadership—becoming co-president in 2005 and named a co-chairman of the newly formed Board in 2017.
