I’m an engineering leader with more than twenty years of experience in water management, underground utilities, and product development. My background spans engineering management, technical sales, product strategy, and cross-functional team leadership across the stormwater, agriculture, residential, and on-site wastewater industries.In my current role as an Engineering Manager, I lead Project Engineering, Applications Engineering, and Design/Drafting teams that support multiple business units. I focus on coaching and developing engineering talent, managing technical resources, and guiding product development initiatives.Previously, at Press-Seal Corporation, I coordinated sales, marketing, and customer-service teams to deliver gasketed and booted connector solutions for underground utilities. I emphasized teamwork, mentoring, and smooth project execution to ensure customer success.My seven years at Xerxes allowed me to lead stormwater initiatives, manage technical sales engineers, and work closely with company leadership on new product launches. I also partnered with municipal and state authorities to secure product approvals and supported communication efforts during an acquisition process.Earlier in my career, I served as an Engineering Product Manager and Zone Engineer at Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS), collaborating with agencies and consultants on water quality, stormwater chambers, and HDPE and Polypropylene pipe drainage systems. Prior roles in construction project management further strengthened my skills in budgeting, compliance, presentations, and contract negotiation.I’m passionate about building strong relationships and contributing to communities. Outside of work, I enjoy mentoring entrepreneurs in the water industry and serving in youth church leadership roles.
