M&A – played key role in executing over 10 transactions, both as buyer and seller. Bank Regulatory – navigated demanding regulatory discipline at MidSouth Bancorp, including a Written Agreement, a BSA/AML order and troubled condition status. Regulatory discipline resulted in top to bottom turnaround – organizational and credit cultures, problem asset resolution, portfolio mgmt, strategic planning, compliance, BSA/AML, internal audit and operations/IT. Public companies - extensive knowledge of public capital raising, institutional investors, sell side analysts, IR, SOX and SEC reporting/compliance.
