Experienced Senior leader with broad experience working with Board Directors across a range of business sectors with a particular focus on family busines.Strong Client focus having worked in the Banking Industry for 40 years with the past 17 years leading the Corporate & Commercial Banking for Royal Bank of Scotland in West of Scotland. The West team of 35 people looked after customers ranging from turnover £2m to £4Bn. Prior to this Jim has experience in a number of customer facing roles including Corporate Finance, Business Development and Credit Risk Assessment.Jim has been on the Board of Hansel Foundation and Hansel Alliance for 2 years and has Chaired the Alliance Board for the past 12 months.
