ABOUT JIM MCCREA

Jim is experienced in Canada and internationally developing and executing design and construction solutions for clean energy, mining, industrial, petrochemical, and infrastructure projects. He is experienced in operations, business development, contracts and project leadership. His most recent focus is EPC projects. These include over MW of wind and 75 MW of solar as well as conventional power and hydroelectric projects. EPC project sizes range from $24 million to $220million in a portfolio of over a $1 billion in EPC projects. Clean Energy, Renewable Energy. Jim is experienced in EPC balance of plant design and construction with over 10 wind developments ranging from 40MW to 270MW and 8 solar developments with a total installed capacity of 75 MW. Hydroelectric. Jim\'s experience ranges from feasibility, design, construction and EPC project development for both run of river and storage type developments including a 45MW EPC redevelopment project in Ontario. Jim\'s dam safety experience includes evaluations and remediation of a portfolio of projects for in Alberta, Nova Scotia and Ontario.Transmission and Distribution (T&D). Jim is experienced in project management of the design and construction of transformer stations for in Ontario and EPC wind and solar developments in both Ontario and British Columbia. Station sizes range from 10mva to 300MVA at voltages of 34.5kv to 500kV. With associated transmission including overhead transmission lines up to 41 km at voltages of 115-230kV and underground transmission lines up to 31 km at 230kV.Jim\'s conventional power experience includes project management of definition engineering and permitting for gas fired peaking (400MW) and combined cycle (1200MW) plants, combined cycle conversion (50MW) of peaking plant and EPC of an 80 MW gas turbine, black start, and emergency power plant.
