As I step into my new role as Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Manager at DRMP, I’m bringing nearly 28 years of hands-on experience in subsurface utility engineering, mapping, and damage prevention — but more importantly, I’m bringing a passion for building strong teams and safe, efficient projects.Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working on some of the most complex utility coordination and relocation projects, breaking down challenging scenarios into clear, actionable solutions that keep infrastructure projects on schedule and budgets in check. My journey has taken me from field locating and mapping to leading multidisciplinary teams, and I’ve learned that success isn’t just about technical expertise — it’s about collaboration, communication, and trust.I’m dedicated to safety, innovation, and asset longevity, always seeking out new technologies and processes that make projects safer, faster, and more reliable. I’m proud of the strong relationships I’ve built over the years with clients, contractors, and community partners — relationships that have turned tough projects into success stories. At DRMP, I’m excited to continue mentoring and motivating others while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in SUE. My mission is simple: mitigate risk, protect infrastructure, and support teams in delivering exceptional results for the communities we serve.Key Strengths & Focus Areas:Utility Coordination, Relocation & Risk MitigationSubsurface Mapping & Damage PreventionLeadership, Mentorship & Team DevelopmentConstruction Planning & Process OptimizationStrong Client & Stakeholder RelationshipsTechnical Writing, Presentations & Clear CommunicationI’m looking forward to this next chapter at DRMP — connecting with like-minded professionals, sharing knowledge, and continuing to make a positive impact on every project I touch.
