Sets strategies for performance improvement as necessary. Includes overseeing performance management and progressive discipline when goals are not met • Insures all bids are approved based on established approvals levels. • Reviews proposed large customer contracts with region and branch management. Reviews all specs and labor with branch operations departments for completeness and accuracy; ensures that each job will be profitable for the branch and region • Coordinates pricing and contract roll-out packages through the region and branch approval process and assigned local Account Manager • Leads and participates in presentations to large property management companies, professional business organizations, and specific market segments including hospitals, hotels, and residential developments organizations
