I am a Managing Director with 20 years executive Director experience. My skillset is leading and co-ordinating a business to meet its objectives. I have a specific emphasis on operations, financial performance, structure, people and process. I am resourceful, strategically focussed, people orientated, resilient and a strong communicator. My passion is business change and improvement delivered by an empowered team. I am a listener, communicator, mentor and driver. I support my senior team to develop themselves and our colleagues. My role at Space is to help the business realise its ambitions as the leading design, consultancy, fit out and facilities management company in Scotland. We are a business with great talent and even greater potential. In my spare time.I have been performing at Burns Suppers for over 20 years - its a passion, I love it. I play a small part in sharing the life and works of the world\'s greatest poet.
