ABOUT JIM MARINELLI
I have over 20 years\' experience of facility management. My experience includes direct management and supervision of personnel involved in the maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment. I oversee the operation, maintenance and repairs of heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems; plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, and building envelope including exterior/interior. I recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications of higher education facilities, health care facilities, research and development laboratories. Aside from managing facilities operation, I manage and review service contracts. I apply my knowledge and hands-on experience with the commissioning and turnover of these buildings to the facilities management department. I\'m involved with general accounting tasks, such as payroll and budgeting.
