Jim Malanos is responsible for proactively and responsively develop strong partnerships with companies to maximize client retention and loyalty across multiple product lines and to ensure compelling client testimonials and endorsements. Jim Malanos continues to maintain existing client relationships and network for new opportunities, and is responsible for project management on key accounts. Current track record of working on environmental projects, in a consulting environment. Support the growth and development of Pennoni\'s industrial hygiene services, structural and civil engineering services throughout the state of Florida. Provide support technical support on bids, and with business development to help win work. Collaborate with other Pennoni\'s professionals throughtout their vast network to execute air quality projects and due diligence consulting services. Currently working with multiple school boards and the private sector with needs for indoor air quality services as well as asbestos and lead based paint surveys.
