I am a professional experienced leader, who creates an environment where people feel safe and valued so that they can produce the best possible results.I have a passion for developing others and a track record of delivering results with the teams I work with, I get satisfaction from seeing others grow and being successful.My personal values are honesty and transparency/ fairness and justice, I like to be open and honest with people which works both ways, never walk past anything deal with all issues fairly and consistently. In my personal life I like to watch football and try to keep as fit as possible, most importantly though is spending time with friends and family. In the future I just want to continue my development journey always learning to be the best version of myself and lead in a way that I can be proud of in years to come.
