I grew up in Pittsburgh with a passion for sports and a strong work ethic. I began with CarMax as an Operations Manager, leading a team of 50 associates. I have been instrumental in assisting a growing brand develop lean systems and processes that has increased revenue, improved efficiency, slashed costs, and boosted employee morale.Moving to Amazon allowed me gain new experiences transportation and logistics. Leading a team of over 100 associates allowed me to take my experience to be successful in logistical operations. Set records in receiving, quality and efficiency in the year I have been with Amazon. Which lead to Operations Manager for Learning and Quality Departments. Highlights:SME for inbound dock receiving, designed receiving systems to improve efficiency, which reduced cost over 49K.
