Supply Chain Expertise: Recognized corporate expert in MRP II Class A, SAP/ERP implementations and Global S & OP. I have led more than 10 MRP II programs and numerous supply chain software start-ups including SAP APO, Manugistics & SmartOps. Acquisitions /Divestitures /Assimilations: Managed the closure of a manufacturing facility in North America and the divestiture of another site in Switzerland. I have led or directly participated in assimilation activities of 7 individual companies gained through acquisition. Operational Efficiency: Reduced costs by leading programs including site closures, manufacturing outsourcing, 21st Century Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, capital projects and by establishing global operations performance metrics. Quality: Global Quality Director with responsibility for a 55 person global team, the Corporate Quality Roadmap, Quality Systems, QC labs, Reliability, Product Engineering and Customer Interface Management. Engineering: Experience in numerous stages of engineering ranging from process development, pilot production, full scale manufacturing and yield analysis. International Experience: International leader with more than 15 years of experience in working with customers, colleagues, direct reports and consultants throughout North America, Europe and Asia.
