ABOUT JIM LEFEVRE
Creative lawyer with a passion for tech. Chartered Legal Executive & solicitor. I use my in-house and private practice experience to provide my clients with cost-effective, efficient and carefully tailored advice. I enjoy working in-house as this affords me the opportunity to work among many teams and ascertain a deep technical and commercial understanding of the transactions underpinning my contractual drafting and negotiation. I specialise in contract and IP law in practice and enjoy all things employment law as a hobby (+ employment law as an LPC elective and LLM in employment law reform). Working in-house has exposed me to a variety of other areas as well, such as commercial property and US bankruptcy - chapter 7 & 11. Outside of work I enjoy: singing, guitar, piano, sleight of hand, gym, bouldering, archery, air soft and cars/mechanics. I am currently working on designing some legal tech in my free time as well as looking to start publishing articles about my non-standard journey into practice in a hope to inspire those with less fortunate backgrounds like myself.
