About Jim Ledane
I have been in sales for 41 years. For 36 of those years I was a sales leader in many different roles. By many acts of fate many of my duties involved building sales teams from the ground up. This has become a passion of mine, building coaching and watching sales people succeed. I am very proud when I look at my Linked in contacts and witness the growth of people I have coached and lead.Leadership is service and service is a key to success. Building stronger sales organizations means you must be aware and responsive to the needs of all stake holders. You need to be vulnerable, you need to listen and you need confident in your abilities to do so.I am very proud to have been selected to be part of the solutions based organization Sales Xceleration which provides me with an opportunity to use a proven path to increased sales. I get to use my passion and experience to serve businesses. This will provide my clients with stronger revenue streams, contribute to a better quality of life and allow entrepreneurs to focus on their true passions.I believe that using veteran sales management talent in an outsourced or fractional way gives my clients access to a level of talent that normally would be unavailable to them.I spent my career on airplanes travelling the world. Now I get to actually live in Las Vegas and enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife, our 4 children and 2 grandchildren. I love to read and will always take a recommendation on a book!
