About Jim Kornick
I bring my more than 30 years and multiple cycles of real estate industry experience as a broker, developer and investor to the opportunities and challenges of today\'s market for medical outpatient buildings. I co-lead the U.S. healthcare capital markets team and I am the investor go-to source for the Mid-Atlantic region. My clients have included institutional and private, developers, health systems and physician groups. In addition to my healthcare focus I lead our Mid-Atlantic asset resolution efforts providing the full range of services to financial institutions dealing with distressed assets. I speak at events held by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Bisnow and other national and local real estate organizations.
