My professional experience includes project start up for new or reconstructed healthcare facilities from a support services perspective in four different provinces. Directed Environmental risk assessments and remediation as well as managing all aspects of high risk environmental compliance in Canada and the United States of America and Mexico.My health and safety and environmental experience ranges from healthcare to industrial/manufacturing to hospitality and back to automotive manufacturing for a Tier 1 supplier.Functional position scope includes program development and management of safety programs, health & wellness systems, workers compensation, security systems management and environmental continuous improvement under ISO protocols and international regulatory bodies.I was the facility representative for the medical emergency disaster planning committee for Brant County and participated in many union contract negotiations for CUPE, CAW, NAPE and IBEW.My experience covers a myriad of areas with each one complimenting the last.Specialties: The ability to maintain values in a highly charged environment while providing corporate leadership and direction to a diverse international organization.
