Leading Beyond Vision is a dream job. On a daily basis I am rewarded in ways that go far beyond compensation. My engineering and program management background combined with a personnal connection to vision loss in my family has led me to this chance to give back. Our Vision statement is that \"Beyond Vision will enrich the lives of Americans who are blind.through the dignity of work valued by our customers and the community\". However, it is our customers who enable us to provide meaningful employment to people who are blind. This allows them with the dignity of being able to feel like contributing members of their families and society as a whole.
