About Jim Kehoe
Jim has over 25 years of experience as an advisor and principal in the commercial real estate industry.Most recently, he has focused on developing single-family housing for first-time homeowners in New Zealand. He works with an investment fund that lends project-level debt to Auckland-based developers. When thinking about something other than New Zealand, he co-manages a boutique portfolio of office and multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area.Previously, Jim led teams engaged as \"boots on the ground\" managers and fiduciaries for over $5b of commercial real estate equity and high-leverage debt investments.
