Since starting my career at Steelcase in 1997, I have served in a variety of executive roles including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President of the Steelcase Group. In these roles, I’ve had incredible opportunities to partner with leading organizations around the world to help people work better, be inspired and accomplish more. Last April, I announced plans to step down as CEO to serve in the capacity of Vice Chair on behalf of the Steelcase Board of Directors. I’ll continue in this role until I retire in January 2022 after twenty-five years with the company.
